What does my plan actually limit?+–
I work by scanning forums, communities and social platforms for people who match who you sell to. Your plan sets how often those scans run: every two hours on Core, every hour on Pro. It also sets how many deep researches you get each month, which is where I dig into one person properly and work out how to approach them. It does not limit how many people I find. Everyone who fits goes into your contacts. Each plan covers one business.
Do you guarantee 5–10 a day?+–
No, and I would rather say so than sell you a number. What I can promise is the searching itself, which runs around the clock every day. How many people make your shortlist depends on how many people in your market are talking at the moment. Most founders land inside the range on the card. Some see more, and quiet markets see fewer. If it is not working for you in the first 7 days, I will refund you in full.
What is the shortlist?+–
The shortlist is the people I think are worth your time today. To get on it, someone has to be saying something right now that matches who you sell to. I read the post or the thread, check them against your profile, and only then put them in front of you. Everyone else I found stays in your contacts, so nothing gets thrown away.
Is the shortlist everyone you find?+–
No. I find far more people than make the list, roughly 25 a day on Core and 50 on Pro. The shortlist is the small group I would actually reach out to today. The rest sit in your contacts for whenever you want to look through them.
How does Pro find more?+–
Pro searches every hour instead of every two, so I cover more places and check each one more often. The bar for making your shortlist is the same on both plans, so more searching simply means more people clear it. Apart from that, the two plans are identical.
Do you send the messages for me?+–
No, you do. I work out who to reach and what to say, then hand it to you to send yourself. That is deliberate. A real message from a real person is the reason it lands, and it is why you will never trip the spam filters that kill automated sequences.
Do I need to open another app?+–
No. I work wherever you already chat, whether that is email, Discord or Slack, and every plan includes all three. There is no new dashboard to learn. You ask me a question and I answer it.
How much time does this take each day?+–
About five minutes. I do the finding, the reading and the research, so what is left for you is a short list to run through and a few messages to send. Five minutes between your coffee and your first meeting is enough to keep it moving.
Where do you find people, and is this scraped data?+–
I find real people where they are already posting: LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Instagram and thousands of other public places, refreshed every day. There are no scraped email lists and no bought databases. Every person comes with a link to the post I found them in, so you reach out in the open.
What currency do I pay in, and is tax included?+–
Core is €75 a month and Pro is €140 a month in EUR. The prices are fixed, not converted, and both are before tax. VAT, GST or PST is added at checkout based on where you are billed.
Why does my card statement say LINK.COM* MyPip?+–
Payments run through Link, our payments partner. Your statement reads LINK.COM* MyPip and your receipt comes from Link rather than from MyPip directly. It is the same charge with a different name on the paperwork.
What if it's not for me?+–
There is a 7-day money-back guarantee. If it is not for you in the first week, tell me and I will refund you in full. After that it is month to month with no contract, and you can cancel from your settings in a few seconds.
